The most common cause is the inflate valve cap being left on while pumping — with the cap on, the pump recirculates the air already inside rather than adding new air. Please try this:
- Make sure the deflate valve is fully closed.
- Pull the inflate valve cap off completely (you'll see a red button underneath).
- Press down firmly and repeatedly on the cushion surface, directly above the red button.

The deflate valve has a double-layer design and can take a bit of force the first time — that's completely normal. Pinch the base of the valve and push up firmly from the middle crease with your thumb to open the second layer. Once open, fold the cushion in half and roll from the long edge to release the air. It gets much easier with use.

The most likely cause is the inflate valve cap not being fully pressed shut after inflating — if the red button underneath is still visible, air will slowly escape over time. Please make sure the cap is closed and isn't caught on any fabric.
It's also worth knowing that the cushion's air cells redistribute pressure when you're not sitting on it, which can make it look flatter than it actually is. Try sitting on it for a few minutes — if it still feels supportive, it's working as it should.
If both valves are fully closed and it's still losing air, please email us at hello@shoptravlr.com with your order number and photos of both valves and the cushion inflated at your normal use level. All cushions are covered by a 1-year warranty from your delivery date — no registration needed.

Yes, we ship to Canada with free shipping and no duties, customs fees, or hidden charges — the price at checkout is all you'll pay. Our prices are listed in USD, so if the site displays in CAD, that's just automatic currency conversion.
About 90% of Canadian orders arrive within 9 days. Please note that priority shipping isn't available to Canada at this time.

You can start a return through our self-service portal at shoptravlr.com/apps/parcelpanel-returns. The return window is 60 days from your delivery date. If you're in Canada, please select "ship on your own" in the portal.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of us receiving your return — if you haven't heard anything after that, please don't hesitate to reach out using the contact form below.
