Shipping Policy

We offer insured worldwide shipping on all orders.

We work with trusted shipping partners to manage your shipment and provide tracking updates, with USPS, Canada Post, and other reputable carriers handling final delivery.

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been processed so you can follow its progress.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days for approximately 90% of orders. To account for occasional delays, please allow up to 5 business days for order preparation before shipment. During peak seasons or holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days. Please note: Orders are not processed, packed, or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Estimated Delivery Time

After processing, delivery typically takes 7–12 business days. Including a buffer for unforeseen delays, total delivery time may be up to 14 business days, depending on your location and the selected shipping method.

Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders. Expedited or priority shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional cost, depending on your location. Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to appear in the carrier's system.

Order Changes

If you notice an error with your order or shipping details, please contact us at hello@shoptravlr.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to make changes, but updates cannot be guaranteed after this window.

Address Accuracy

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. If our system flags an address issue, we will reach out within 3 business days for verification. Failure to respond may result in order cancellation.

Note: If a package has already shipped and the carrier marks it as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, TRAVLR. is not responsible for the loss. In such cases, no refunds or reshipments will be issued, as it is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. We make every effort to resolve address issues before shipping, but once the order is in the carrier's possession, liability rests with the customer.

Packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier are considered successfully delivered.

Delayed Delivery

We strive to ensure timely delivery, but delays can occur due to severe weather or transportation disruptions, courier service delays, or customs clearance. If we encounter a processing issue with your order (such as product availability or address verification), we will notify you promptly. TRAVLR. is not liable for delivery delays caused by external factors, though we will keep you updated and assist wherever possible.

Lost or Stolen Packages

While we take every precaution to ensure safe delivery, packages may occasionally be lost or stolen in transit. If this happens:

1. Contact us at hello@shoptravlr.com for guidance.
2. File a claim directly with the courier company (we can assist with instructions).
3. In rare cases, at our discretion, we may provide a one-time replacement or refund as a courtesy.

Please note: TRAVLR. is not liable for lost or stolen packages, as these are outside our control. In unresolved cases, filing a police report may also be required. Packages confirmed as "delivered" by the carrier are not eligible for lost package claims.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hello@shoptravlr.com so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
