I went to put the cover back on my neck pillow after washing it. The foam ended up splitting in half. I don’t think the amount of money I paid equals the quality of the product I received.

I love the shape and the feel but the size was way too big for my neck, I needed to sew an extra piece of Velcro to be able to get pillow to be snug around my neck.

I used the neck pillow for the first time and loved it! Unfortunately, I accidently left it behind at a travel desk and had to do without it the rest of the trip! I really missed it! Is there any way I could get another one to replace it? I wish it had some kind of a loop or something so I could have attached it to my carry on and not accidently left it behind!
Only reason this neck pillow didn’t get 5 stars is that I have a small neck and I will need to sew another piece of Velcro into place to attach the pillow.
Have had maybe three neck pillows for travel, they usually are too flimsy and develop a weak saggy spot or too firm and never bend the way you need. However very happy to report this is by far the best design yet. It is fairly packable, reasonable weight and offers just the right amount of support and adjustability that it can work for aisle, middle or window seat rest positions. A+
I have a thin neck. It could be tighter for my neck when it closes.
We bought one of these initially to see if it would work well, and it surpassed our expectations. My wife has bad neck issues and cannot sleep without great support, so she tried this and it helped her sleep much better through the night. We are going to order another neck pillow, as we need one more for our long trip to Asia. This pillow is beyond superb!

I’ve used the pillow on my recliner and it definitely provides relief. A welcome solution. I haven’t used it for travel yet, but look forward to using it on my next flight. The neck pillow is a great design. Some pillows do not stay in place, this stays in place and works well and is comfortable too. I am very pleased with these purchases.
It's cheaply made and difficult to inflate. Wasted money! Neck pillow was uncomfortable.
My husband didn't like it, said it was too wide for his neck.
