Pull the inflate cap fully off first — this is the step people miss. Then squeeze the built-in pump about 30 to 40 times, which is where most people find it comfortable. Press the cap firmly back on to seal it. No separate pump, no mouth inflation.
Sit down and adjust before you pull out, never while driving. Too firm? Press the red release button to let air out. Want more support? A few more pumps. Most people settle around 60–80% full rather than fully inflated.
