The internet can be a scary and confusing place to spend money when you’re not dealing with a brick and mortar store. I took a chance with this company and they mailed an item through the US Postal Service and because I live in a rural area our Postal company really crapped out on the delivery and lost my package.
I contacted this company, explained to them the problem and I told them a different address that they could use as a alternate shipping location. Without hesitation for a moment they stood behind my purchase theyNEVER tried to get out of the deal. They said we will chase it down but we will send you a replacement item as soon as we can.
It was five days later the replacement item arrived in the mail.
If you’re considering doing business with this company, you can rest assure they’re gonna stand behind this product and get it to you.

The eye mask is very comfortable and the seat cushion was extremely helpful on a long flight. The only downside is that the seat cushion can get hot if you are in a hot situation. If the temperature is cool, it works perfectly.

Love the eye mask. So soft and comfortable and completely blocks any light. But the one seat cushion completely deflated by 2 hours into a 5 hr flight. I pumped it up again but it was entirely deflated when we landed. But when first inflated it was wonderful.
The pillow is very comfortable. Although I have not been able to use on a flight as yet I do use it on my dining room chair. The mask is also really nice. It blocks absolutely everything!

Lots of eye masks, even some provided by airlines but nothing compares to this it is dark, soft, comfortable and truly perfect. If there is a top tier this is certainly it. Take on all future transpacific travels. A++
The eye cover is fine…I am more disappointed with the cushion and how much space it take up. It’s bigger than a neck pillow!
And now…they are offering a better storage case!?!? That we need to BUY!!!???
